To bring you the finest Dark & Stormy, we have partnered with Lyme Bay Winery. Lyme Bay Winery is a family-run business based in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley, dedicated to producing delicious and award-winning English Wine, Fruit Wine, Cider, Mead, Liqueurs and Spirits.
Lyme Bay’s Jack Ratt Lugger Spiced Rum is Devon’s first spiced rum and the perfect compliment to our cocktail collaboration. Offering a full spice profile to the palate, blended with nutmeg, clove, orange peel and a hint of vanilla.
HOW TO MIX UP A DARK & STORMY
Lyme Bay Winery has kindly gifted us a bottle of their Jack Lugger Spiced Rum to combine with our soft drinks. And after creating (and testing!) a few different cocktails, we’ve settled on the perfect blend.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 50ml Jack Ratt Luggar Spiced Rum
- Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler
- Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- Optional Garnish: Sprig of Mint or a Slice of Lime
THE METHOD:
It’s incredibly easy to make this cosy cocktail. To get started, fill a highball glass with ice - you can use cubes or crushed ice spending on your preference.
Then add 50ml of Jack Lugger Spiced Rum. You can use 25ml if you prefer a lighter drink.
Top up your glass with chilled Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler. You can buy 12 or 24 bottles, or use our build-a-box to create your custom Frobishers drinks delivery. To finish, add freshly squeezed lime juice and a sprig of mint.
